HARRIS CareTracker
Channel Partner Program
For the owner of a medical billing company

Work every client practice you bill from a single login.

HARRIS CareTracker does not offer billing services. Our revenue comes from software, so we do not compete with you for billing clients. The Channel Partner Program is how a billing company licenses that software as its in house platform: one database, one rules and reporting layer, and a PM subscription rate that falls as your partner revenue and net new sales grow.

What it asks of you, what it costs in shape, and who you call when posting breaks are on this page.

What one database does for a billing company

One login, every client

Your billers sign in once. One biller works the denial queue for one client, the AR over 90 for another, and the month end close for a third without leaving the system or relearning a workflow. Every client practice you bill for sits in its own workspace, with its data isolated and role based access, on one database. One rules and reporting layer sits over all of it.

Rules set once, applied across the book

Billing rules are set by client and by payer. Claim scrubbing rules, task routing, approval workflows, and custom report templates are configured once and applied across your portfolio, or adjusted for the one client whose payer mix needs it. Workflows are enforced. A new biller learns one workflow, and that workflow covers every client practice on the platform.

Month end from one place

Roll up reporting runs across all accounts, with drill down into one. Real time dashboards show denial spikes and collection drops across accounts. White label branding runs across the workspace and client reporting, so the report your client sees carries your company's name.

Note and charge, never separated

The clinical note, the front office, and the entire revenue cycle live in the same database. The note and the charge were never separated. Charges are validated before submission.

CareTracker was built as revenue cycle infrastructure, with clinical documentation designed in from the start.

The daily work runs on the same database:

Real time eligibility Intelligent claim scrubbing Denial tracking workflows Automated payment posting Billing operations reporting

Does HARRIS CareTracker offer billing services?

No.

HARRIS CareTracker does not offer billing services and does not compete with partners for their billing clients.

Here is why that is true. Our revenue comes from software licensed to partners and practices. The more client practices you run on the platform, the more subscription revenue your book produces for us, and the program's tiers lower your subscription rate as your partner revenue and net new company sales grow. There is no billing service here to move an account to.

You can check this without calling us. Two pages on this site carry titles that sound like a service: Revenue Cycle Management, and Medical Billing for Providers. Read either one. Both describe software that a practice or a billing company runs. Neither offers a service.

HBMA member

Partners and their clients own all data entered into the platform, with full export rights in standard formats and no contractual or technical barriers to leaving.

How your book gets onto it

Standardizing on one platform only pays if your clients can move without a collections gap.

Phased implementation

Implementation is phased, with parallel processing before cutover. Each client practice runs in parallel on the new system before it cuts over, so you switch without losing a quarter of revenue.

Partner onboarding, in parallel

Product training, sales enablement, marketing resource orientation, portal access, referral tracking, and a co marketing plan. Onboarding typically completes within two to four weeks before launching first clients.

The client who stays

Some of your clients chose their system and paid for it, and some will keep it for years. That client stays in your book. Their system connects to CareTracker through HL7 interfaces, APIs, or flat file exchange with common EHR and practice management systems.
