Jessica Lindley is Vice President of Operations for HARRIS CareTracker, where she leads operational strategy and execution across customer-facing teams. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare technology, Jessica is passionate about building high-performing organizations that deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth.
Since joining Harris in 2015, Jessica has held leadership roles spanning implementation, project management, professional services, support, customer success, and operations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with healthcare organizations across public health, behavioral and mental health, rural hospitals, and ambulatory provider practices, supporting both electronic medical record (EMR) and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. This broad industry experience enables her to foster strong cross-functional collaboration, optimize processes, and lead strategic initiatives that improve outcomes for both customers and the organization.
