Jessica Rawson brings sixteen years of healthcare industry expertise to her role as Director of Client Success Management for the Reseller division. Over more than a decade specializing in Client Success and Relationship Management, she has built a reputation as a client focused leader with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a disciplined, goal oriented approach to her work. 

Jessica’s career reflects a rare kind of loyalty and growth. She has spent all sixteen years of her professional journey with the organization, evolving alongside the company through shifting markets and advancing technology. She began as an Implementation Specialist before being invited to join the Customer Success team, where she played a pivotal part in expanding the company’s reseller division. In 2019, she advanced into a management role overseeing eight Client Success Managers and fourteen product lines. In 2023, she was named Director of Client Success Management for the Reseller division. 

At the heart of Jessica’s leadership is a genuine passion for building and maintaining relationships. She is dedicated to helping clients and employees alike reach their goals, and that commitment continues to shape her contribution to the team.
