Matthew Letourneau

Matthew Letourneau serves as Director of Infrastructure and Security Operations for HARRIS CareTracker, bringing nearly three decades of experience in network engineering and hosting infrastructure. Over a career spanning more than twenty eight years with the organization, he has built deep technical expertise in network administration, firewalls, and the systems that keep mission critical healthcare platforms running reliably. 

Matthew’s tenure reflects a rare depth of institutional knowledge and technical mastery. He spent more than twenty seven years as a Senior Network Engineer, developing specialized expertise in network administration, security, and infrastructure management. In 2016 he stepped into his role as Director of Infrastructure and Security Operations, where he leads the teams and systems responsible for the availability, performance, and security of hosted platforms. His experience also includes serving as Director of Infrastructure and Security Operations for Amazing Charts, Pulse Clinical, QRS and OnePulse, all HARRIS Healthcare companies, further broadening his leadership across the organization’s hosting environments.
