Thomas Koehl serves as Director of Marketing for HARRIS CareTracker, bringing more than three decades of healthcare industry experience spanning sales leadership, strategic planning, and disaster recovery healthcare delivery. His career reflects a combination of commercial acumen and mission driven leadership.
Thomas built the core of his career at QRS Inc. Healthcare Solutions, where he spent more than eighteen years advancing through progressively senior roles. As National Sales Manager, he led a national sales team, shaped sales strategy and execution, and developed comprehensive strategies aligned with company goals. He identified key markets and customer segments to expand the company’s footprint, recruited and mentored high performing teams, and built strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Earlier in his tenure, as Regional Sales Manager and Territory Manager, he cultivated trust based relationships with healthcare administrators, IT professionals, and decision makers, and tripled the EHR customer base through targeted strategy and disciplined execution.
His earlier career included fourteen years at McKesson Health Solutions as a Sales Manager, where he held full strategic, operating, and P&L responsibility for a $6.7 million territory.
